E-Commerce Sales Executive / Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the operations, plan, manage & execute promotion campaigns for E-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, etc
  • Prepare and upload product listing including content for various E-commerce platforms as well as company's website
  • Maintain and ensure all products information and inventory are up to date and available to sell
  • Receive and respond to E-commerce customer inquiries and concerns
  • Coordinating customer service through web chat, phone, and emails
  • Managing E-commerce customer's comments and review through social media
  • Work closely with various departments head to plan and execute all marketing strategies to achieve the sales target
  • Consolidate sales performance from each platform for reporting and recommendation purposes
  • Able to work effectively in a team or individually
  • Able to start within short notice

What you should have:

  • Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing
  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Hands-on knowledge of Web analytic tools (Facebook Ads, Instagram) is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good writing and copywriting skills
  • Basic understanding of design software such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
