Refund

We will not entertain any cancellation once the order has been submitted by the customer. We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods.

Exchange

We only replace or repair items if there is a manufacturing defect or mechanism defect. We do not cover warranty for cosmetic damages due to buyer's own negligence. We encourage our customers to do a detailed check before our engineers leave the premises. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at connect@fullsmart.com.sg

If you would like to arrange a special delivery for exchange to be done WITHIN Singapore, a delivery fee of SGD20 will be borne by you.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To complete your exchange, we require an invoice or proof of purchase.
